As our products are digital downloads, they are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once accessed. However, we are committed to ensuring you have a great experience with our design tools, templates, and courses. If you encounter any issues, we’re happy to assist.

2. Refunds & Returns
Digital Products (Templates, Workshop Kits, Design Tools, and Courses)
  • Due to the instant access nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

  • If you experience technical issues with a file (e.g., a corrupted or non-functioning download), please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will provide assistance or a replacement file.

Duplicate Purchases
  • If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please reach out with proof of the duplicate transaction, and we will issue a refund for the additional purchase.

Exceptional Cases

We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • You purchased the wrong item and have not downloaded or accessed the file.

  • The digital file is irreparably defective, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

3. Course Refund Policy
  • If you enrol in an online course and feel it does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.

  • Refund requests for courses must include a reason and will be evaluated individually.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes
  • If you have any concerns about your purchase, we encourage you to contact us before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank.

  • Fraudulent chargebacks will result in the suspension of access to our products.
